1 · The bytes are hashed
The working paper's exact bytes — including the not-advice marker — get a sha256 fingerprint. Change one character (crop the marker, edit a number) and the fingerprint changes.
Every artifact this practice produces is sealed into a tamper-evident hash chain. Not a promise — a re-derivation anyone can run.

Each event seals over the previous one's hash: reorder, insert, or alter anything and every later link breaks. The chain lives on the governance trunk, not on this site.
Verification is a public GET: the conductor recomputes every hash fresh, on demand. Your reviewer or a regulator does not ask us if the record is intact — they ask the math.
